What happens when I hit my AI assistant allowance?
We send a heads-up at 80%. Once you reach 100%, AI rundown parsing and auto-assign pause until the next billing cycle, or until you top up. Your existing projects stay editable — only new AI operations are paused.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. No retention calls.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within 14 days of any annual subscription, no questions asked. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period.
What counts as an "active project"?
A project is active until 30 days after the event date, or until you archive it manually — whichever is sooner. Archived projects don't count toward your active limit and stay readable.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. Send us your details from your organization email and we'll apply the discount before your first billing.
